1. Information you provide
When you create or use a GoldEye account, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, country, referral information, account identifier, password, support messages, and other details requested by the platform. You are responsible for providing accurate information where accuracy is required for account or identity verification.
2. Identity verification information
When KYC is required, GoldEye may process identity documents, identity numbers, document images, extracted text, document hashes, verification results, review status, and related metadata. The platform may compare submitted identity information with information associated with your account. Some submissions may be approved automatically, rejected for a clear mismatch or duplicate identity, or sent for manual review when the system cannot make a reliable decision.
3. Account and transaction information
GoldEye records information needed to operate your account, including wallet balances, Auto Payment activity, USDT deposits, GS swaps, Stake Plan activity, P2P trades, referral and bonus records, claims, send-money activity, withdrawals, notifications, and transaction history. These records are used to provide the service, display account status, prevent duplicate credits, investigate errors, and maintain an account ledger.
4. Device, security, and location information
The platform may process technical information such as browser or device characteristics, IP address, session data, device fingerprints, login attempts, security events, and—where enabled and permitted—location coordinates or location-permission status. This information may be used for account security, fraud prevention, feature requirements, and troubleshooting.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
GoldEye may use cookies, session storage, and similar browser technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support language or interface settings, protect forms, and measure or improve platform performance. Some third-party features may also use their own cookies when enabled by the platform administrator.
6. Payment and service providers
Some platform functions rely on external infrastructure or service providers, including payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, chat, security, or other operational services. Information necessary to complete or verify a requested function may be transmitted to the relevant provider. Those providers may process data under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. How information is used
- To create, authenticate, and maintain member accounts.
- To process and display deposits, wallet activity, swaps, Stake Plan activity, P2P transactions, bonuses, and withdrawals.
- To perform KYC, duplicate-identity checks, security reviews, and account protection.
- To provide customer support and investigate account or payment issues.
- To maintain platform records, prevent duplicate credits, and detect misuse.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, security, or operational obligations that may apply to the service.
8. Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the account, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, enforce platform terms, satisfy applicable obligations, or protect the integrity of the service. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
9. Security
GoldEye uses technical and application-level controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, duplicate payment credit, and account compromise. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You should use a strong password, protect your email and verification codes, review account activity, and never share private wallet keys or account credentials with another person.
10. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and platform requirements, you may be able to request access to or correction of certain personal information, update profile information, manage account preferences, or contact support about privacy questions. You can also use the public Delete Account page to start an account deletion request from a web browser. Some transaction, security, KYC, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal, or compliance records may need to be retained even after an account is deleted.
11. GoldEye Mobile App
The GoldEye Mobile App interface uses the same GoldEye account and backend as the website. Theme preferences, authentication state, wallet information, notifications, KYC status, transaction records, and other account features may be synchronized with the same account. The app may use browser or device storage to remember interface preferences such as light/dark mode and accent colors.
12. Children
GoldEye is not intended for persons who do not meet the minimum age or legal-capacity requirements applicable to the service in their jurisdiction. Do not create an account if you are not legally permitted to use the platform.
13. Policy updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated when platform features, operational practices, or legal requirements change. The version displayed on this page is the current public version.
14. Contact
For privacy or account-data questions, use the GoldEye contact page or email support@goldeye.io.
