1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using GoldEye, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules shown for a specific feature or transaction. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally permitted to use the platform in your jurisdiction and must provide accurate information when the service requires it. You may not use another person’s identity, create duplicate accounts to bypass platform rules, or submit misleading KYC information.
3. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, verification codes, devices, and other credentials. Notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. GoldEye may apply login limits, security checks, KYC requirements, device controls, or location requirements to protect the platform.
4. Auto Payment and USDT funding
When Auto Payment is available, GoldEye may generate payment details for a supported USDT network. You must send the correct supported asset on the correct network to the payment details shown for the active session. Blockchain processing time, network fees, confirmation requirements, and provider processing can affect payment status. A completed supported payment is intended to credit the actually received amount to the USDT Wallet according to the current system workflow.
5. USDT Wallet and GS conversion
USDT funding and GS conversion are separate actions. A completed Auto Payment deposit is not automatically a GS purchase. When you choose to use the USDT to GS Swap feature, the system displays the current GS price and the estimated result. The server may re-read or lock the current price at confirmation. Review the final values before submitting the swap.
6. Stake Plans
Stake Plans are platform-configured options with displayed amounts, return settings, schedules, periods, capital-return settings, cancellation rules, and other conditions. Plan values can change when platform settings are updated. You are responsible for reviewing the current plan preview and terms before activation. Displayed plan values should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future value, availability, or outcome.
7. Market information
GoldEye may display GS line charts, candlestick charts, recorded price data, statistics, or other market-style information. Such information is provided as a platform feature and may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or changed. You are responsible for evaluating displayed information before making account decisions.
8. P2P activity
P2P features may allow members to interact in peer transaction workflows. Review the counterparty, amount, status, timer, payment instructions, and messages carefully. Do not mark a payment as sent or received unless the corresponding action has actually occurred. GoldEye may provide dispute or review tools but cannot eliminate all counterparty risk.
9. Referrals, rankings, bonuses, and claims
Referral commissions, team rewards, rankings, bonuses, airdrops, social-task rewards, Sixer rewards, or other incentives are governed by the current GoldEye configuration and eligibility rules. A displayed or historical reward does not create a right to future rewards under unchanged terms. The platform may change, pause, correct, or discontinue a reward program.
10. Withdrawals and transfers
Withdrawal and transfer availability can depend on account status, KYC, balance type, configured methods, limits, fees, security checks, and other platform rules. Confirm the destination account and transaction information before submitting. Blockchain or third-party transfers may not be reversible once sent.
11. Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing, account theft, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Submitting false identity information or using duplicate identities to evade platform rules.
- Manipulating payment callbacks, transaction records, referral activity, bonuses, or account balances.
- Using the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or prohibited transactions.
- Interfering with the platform, automated services, APIs, servers, or other members.
12. Availability, maintenance, and errors
GoldEye may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, network interruptions, security events, or software updates. The platform may correct technical, display, accounting, or transaction-processing errors when identified. Temporary status information should not be treated as final until the relevant transaction is completed and recorded.
13. Fees and third-party costs
Platform fees, conversion values, withdrawal charges, network fees, or third-party processing costs may apply where displayed. You are responsible for reviewing the current amount and charge information before confirming a transaction.
14. No guarantee of uninterrupted service or outcome
GoldEye does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific market price, a specific Stake Plan outcome, uninterrupted third-party payment processing, or the continued availability of every feature. Digital asset and platform values can change.
15. Suspension or termination
GoldEye may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when required for security, suspected abuse, violation of these terms, duplicate identity concerns, legal requirements, unresolved verification issues, or protection of the platform and its members.
16. Changes to the platform and terms
Features, rules, limits, rewards, plan configurations, interfaces, and these Terms & Conditions may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version displayed by the platform.
